1. Format:
   • Write your research paper in word format only.
   • We don’t accept any other format. (like pdf, jpg, png, coreldraw)
2. Publication Mode :
   • All papers will be published online.
   • We do not publish papers in print.
3. Archive :
   • All published papers will be available in the Archive Menu.
4. Subject & Language :
   • Rangmati accepts papers from all subjects.
   • Papers can be submitted in any language.
5. Frequency :
   • We publish six issues per year (bi-monthly).

8. Word Limit:
   • Research Paper / Article: Approximately 2000 to 5000 words.
9. References:
   • Articles or research papers with references in the form of footnotes or endnotes will not be accepted.
10. Peer Review:
    • All types of works/articles/research papers submitted will undergo peer review before publication.
11. Notification:
    • Only publication of the work/article/research paper will be notified via email.
    • Acceptance and rejection notifications will not be provided.
    • If your content is not included in the current issue, please wait for the next issue.
12. Responsibility:
    • The researcher will be responsible for the ideas and opinions presented in the published articles.
    • Neither the publisher nor the editorial committee associated with the magazine will be held responsible.
13. Originality:
    • Please submit only self-written works/research papers.
    • Do not submit material copied from another author or source under your own name.
    • Plagiarized content will not be republished, and the sender will be held responsible.
    • If any copyright dispute arises, the sender will be solely responsible.
    • Previously Published Content:
    • Content that has been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be accepted.
14. Linguistic Errors:
    • Content with linguistic errors will be rejected.
    • Accuracy and Misleading Information:
    • If any published research paper/article is found to contain inaccurate or misleading information, it will be permanently removed from our database.
15. Editorial Decision:
    • The editorial committee holds the final decision on whether or not to include any content in the magazine.
    • No discussion, claims, or controversy regarding the decision will be entertained.

Publishing Policy:

SAMVAD e-JOURNAL is committed to publishing original and high-quality research in the fields of humanities, science, social science, and commerce. Our journal accepts manuscripts that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that adhere to our guidelines and standards for academic writing. Authors are required to pay a maintenance and processing fee of 1000 rupees at the time of submission. This fee covers the costs of maintaining the journal's website, processing submissions, peer review, editing, and other publishing-related expenses. We do not charge any additional fees for publication, and we offer discounts for authors from developing countries. We prioritize papers that reflect innovative approaches, critical thinking, and the advancement of knowledge in these fields. Our peer-review process ensures that all submissions undergo a rigorous and transparent review by experts in the relevant fields. Our reviewers evaluate papers based on their scholarly merit, originality, methodology, and contribution to the field. SAMVAD e-JOURNAL is an open-access journal, which means that all our content is freely available to readers worldwide. We adhere to ethical standards in publishing and expect our authors to do the same. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. We follow the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to prevent plagiarism, fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct. SAMVAD e-JOURNAL encourages diversity, inclusivity, and transparency in its publishing policy. Review Policy:

SAMVAD e-JOURNAL follows a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and quality. All submissions are first evaluated by the editorial team to ensure that they meet the journal's scope and requirements. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are then sent to two or more independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Our reviewers evaluate submissions based on their scholarly merit, originality, methodology, and contribution to the field. They provide constructive feedback to authors and make recommendations on whether to accept, reject, or revise a manuscript. The editorial team considers the reviewers' feedback and makes the final decision on whether to accept or reject a submission. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of both authors and reviewers during the review process. We do not disclose the identity of the reviewers to the authors, and we do not disclose the identity of the authors to the reviewers. SAMVAD e-JOURNAL values the expertise and contribution of our reviewers and acknowledges their efforts in improving the quality of our publications. We also welcome feedback on our review process and are committed to continually improving our policies and practices.

Plagiarism Policy:

SAMVAD e-JOURNAL considers plagiarism to be a serious ethical violation and will not tolerate any form of plagiarism in submitted manuscripts. We use plagiarism detection software to screen all submissions for possible instances of plagiarism. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. Any submission that is found to contain plagiarized content will be immediately rejected and the author(s) will be informed of the violation. In cases where plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the publication. Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to: Verbatim copying of another person's work without proper citation or acknowledgement. Paraphrasing another person's work without proper citation or acknowledgement. Reusing substantial portions of one's own previously published work without proper citation or acknowledgement. Submitting a manuscript that has already been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. SAMVAD e-JOURNAL considers self-plagiarism to be a violation of ethical standards as well. Authors are required to ensure that their manuscript presents original and novel research findings that have not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. If plagiarism is suspected or detected in a manuscript, the journal will follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines in handling the matter. The author(s) will be given an opportunity to respond to the allegation, and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include rejecting the manuscript, retracting the publication, and/or banning the author(s) from submitting to the journal in the future. SAMVAD e-JOURNAL is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in academic publishing and expects its authors, reviewers, and editors to do the same.
